Wok N’ Roll
The Story
Wok N’ Roll comes from a first-generation Laotian-American chef, Jessica Senet, who grew up in her family’s Thai restaurant in Boise. From taking phone orders as a kid to working every role in the kitchen, the path into food was never really a question. She keeps things moving the way good wok cooking should, fast, hot, and straight to the point, with fried rice, lo mein, and stir fried dishes that hit the pan and come out loaded with bold, savory flavor. Chicken, beef, pork, and seafood all get tossed with vegetables and sauces that pick up that slight smoky edge from the heat. It is quick, fresh, and built around that right off the wok energy where you are already digging in before it has a chance to cool.
