The Story

Meaning ‘delicious’ in Arabic, Zacchi specializes in the emblematic dishes of Jordan. Owner, Murad Yacoub, migrated to the United States in 1996 and for years hosted dinners for his American friends until he and his wife pursued their shared dream of opening a food business in 2020. The shawarma overflows with vertical spit roasted lamb, but customers flock to Zacchi for the falafel, the hummus, and the warm Jordanian hospitality.
