The Story

Chef Scott Chung, a self-proclaimed prodigy of the Food Network, is putting a modern spin on the Taiwanese gua bao. The handheld steam buns are prepared fresh and filled with bold, unexpected flavors like Korean double-fried chicken, catfish, and smashburger. There is dessert bao too! No doubt about it, Bun’d Up is serving up the DMV's most exciting handmade buns. So come hungry and bao down!
